Refund Policy

Nature of the programs

Programs are delivered as live, scheduled online sessions with a limited number of seats. Once a seat is reserved, it is held for you and is not offered to another participant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A participant may request cancellation of a course or program enrolment within 24 hours from the time the payment is successfully completed.

Where a valid cancellation request is received within this 24-hour period, 100% of the amount paid will be approved for refund.

After 24 hours from the time of payment:

• cancellation will not be permitted;
• no refund request will be accepted;
• no transfer, credit, deferment or adjustment to another program or batch will be provided unless expressly approved in writing by the Academy of Unlimited Mind (AUM).

The 24-hour cancellation period will be calculated from the payment timestamp recorded by the applicable payment gateway or payment record maintained by the Academy of Unlimited Mind (AUM).

A cancellation request will be treated as valid only when it is submitted through the official contact method specified on the website and includes sufficient information to identify the payment and enrolment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

This policy is subject to any rights or remedies that may be mandatorily available under applicable law.

How to request a cancellation

Send your request to happy-life@sandipdash.com, from the email address used at registration, including your name, the program name and the payment reference or date and time of payment.

Program cancellation or rescheduling by us

If a program is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next scheduled edition. If a program is rescheduled by us, your seat carries over to the new dates; if the new dates do not suit you, you may request a full refund. These provisions apply only where the change is made by us.

Non-attendance

Missing a live session does not create any refund entitlement. Wherever a replay or recording is included in the program, it is made available to registered participants as stated on the program page.

Technical issues

Interruptions caused by your own device, internet connection or local power supply do not create any refund entitlement. If a session cannot be delivered because of a failure on our side, the provisions above for cancellation by us apply.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The version published at the time of your registration applies to that registration.
